Communication was smooth and they were able to come out and replace our water heater right away. They were extremely punctual which is always appreciated when you take time out of your work day to be home. Paul was very nice and was able to troubleshoot some issues with the installation on the spot. It was a bit pricey, but they did a great job!

Jamie came out and performed a hydro jetting of my sewer in my new home. He was extremely professional, very knowledgeable(allowed me to observe and answered all my questions), and gave me a very fair price with a 30 day guarantee. This is a long overdue review- some sort of glitch when I initially attempted to leave a review last summer- the fact that I’ve come back to leave a review now should be a testament to how great Bob Frank plumbing has been. After a complete kitchen renovation, Ray took care of the final touches to make it my dream kitchen. I will always call them when I need a job done!
